Scrumming to Deliver? For sure!
Engaged in and with Software Development for Business Apps, and transforming Organisations into new environments it makes a lot of sense for me to utilize Agile Frameworks, this case SCRUM as the mostly known standard. I mainly act in the Scrum Master Role, but can support as Product Owner also.
My vision by using SCRUM?
Not that different from the basics of SCRUM: providing valuable and usable deliverables by consistently staying commited to SCRUM values: Focus, Courage, Commitment, Openness and Respect.
