As a IT PjM, acting over 20 years in the Field of IT Projects, each of it with it´s own challenges in a fast changing technology environment, i do support Projects from start to their end. Such established via Workshops, Trainings but also direct Coaching Sessions with Team Members.

The Prince2 Certification, Professional Scrum Master Certification and Agile related Work and Trainings, as well as the PMI Membership does surround my Activities as such.
